Format Painter tool is a timesaving feature of OrgChart. Boxes can be configured to any size, color, font, or dataset, and then propagated throughout the chart based on a scope or a single data condition. Using the rules option, OrgChart’s Format Painter can act on multiple data conditions. This feature is very helpful with larger, more complex organizational structures.

The “Apply if Meeting Condition” feature is available for ad hoc formatting, but OrgChart has an “Apply if Meeting Rule” option. This feature allows for conditional formatting based upon custom rules that can be applied at any time. Rules may handle multiple or compound data and criteria conditions.
