To create a headcount with a condition, go to your data tab and over to chart data set.
Creating Headcount: Preparation
Click New and type in the name of the headcount, switch the type from text to a calculated. A new window will pop up. The “Operation” you will want to keep as a count and the Affected Scope will be Branch and Mgr. –This will include everyone within the count. Click on the Use Condition

The condition will create a headcount based off the certain criteria that you set up. You can fill out the name of the location in the Find what, drop down the menu to select the location field in the Find Where and the Comparison you can drop down to fit your needs of the location. Click OK

Click OK again. Before Clicking OK for the 3rd time, please make sure to uncheck the visible option. Then click OK

If it asks you if you would like to put the new field out to all the boxes within the chart, please click No

Creating Headcount: Master Page
After you have set up the headcount, you can go to the View tab and over to the Master page. The Master Page is behind the chart so anything that you put on here is going to be set as a template throughout the OrgChart. Once on the Master Page you can go to your Auto-texts on the left hand side and drag your Summary Field Value over to the chart.

You can then drop down your menu and find the headcount you created for the location. Click Display Field Name and move it to where you would like to display it in the chart.

Creating Headcount: Results
Go back up to the View tab and click on “Normal” this will take you back to the chart and your headcount will be displayed.
