OrgChart Platinum has a new and improved Presentation panel in its interface which users can employ to visualize their data in different ways and customize the look and feel of their charts. The following article is a discussion of the new panel layout and how the new features can be used within the OrgChart Platinum software.
Views: Presentation
1. To access the Views portion of the Presentation panel in OrgChart Platinum, select the View tab and select the Presentation check box.

2. The Presentation panel will appear.

Views: Selection
3. Click on the left arrow and select the Views tab. A list of views will appear in the panel.

Views: Classic
4. Select a view by clicking on it. For example, double-click on Classic to apply it to your chart.

5. Your chart will now appear with the Classic view style applied to it.

Views: Photo left
6. Alternatively, select the Photo Left view to see images of employees to the left of their employee data.

Box Styles: Presentation
1. To access the Box Styles portion of the Presentation panel in OrgChart Platinum, select the View tab and select the Presentation check box.

2. The Presentation panel will appear.

Box Styles: Selection
3. Click on the Box Styles tab.

4. Numerous box styles will appear in the Presentation panel.

Box Styles: Scope
5. Select from the Scope menu to choose how much of the org chart you’d like new box styles to apply. In this case, we will select Entire Chart.

Box Styles: Application
6. Double-click on a box style to apply it to the entire chart.

Branches: Presentation
1. To access the Branches portion of the Presentation panel in OrgChart Platinum, select the View tab and select the Presentation check box.

2. The Presentation panel will appear.

Branches: Selection
3. Click on the Branches tab.

Branches: Application
4. Select any of the available branch styles in the Presentation panel to apply them to your chart.
