Data Link Properties Screen

When importing OLE DB DataSource, the Data Link Properties screen is used to choose the database provider, test the connection, set access permissions and spec­ify many other important settings.

Data Link Properties: Access

1. Go to the File tab, Import to launch the Import Wizard.
2. Click Next on the Introduction screen.
3. Choose OLE DB DataSource as the import format.
4. Click Build on the connection parameters page.
5. The Data Link Properties screen will appear (see below).
